How a Warehouse Move Works
Five stages — from site survey to sign-off, with your dedicated project manager leading every stage.
Site Survey & Scoping
We visit both sites to assess access, loading bay dimensions, racking layout, machinery positions, and any operational constraints.
This is a thorough survey — not a quick walk-through. We document everything from dock leveller specifications to mezzanine floor layouts. The survey determines crew size, equipment, and phasing.
Move Plan & Fixed Quote
A phased move plan is produced with timelines, crew requirements, equipment list, and a single fixed-price quote.
The plan covers every phase: which zones move when, how stock is tracked, how racking is labelled, and how machinery is handled. You receive one fixed price — fuel, equipment, and labour all included.
Pre-Move Preparation
Racking is labelled aisle by aisle. Floor plans for the new site are prepared. Stock counts are verified.
Our team pre-labels every racking bay so it can be reassembled exactly to specification. Stock is counted and reconciled. The new site floor plan is marked up so everything goes to the right location.
Phased Relocation
The move happens in planned phases — racking down, stock out, machinery rigged, vehicles loaded and dispatched.
Zones move one at a time so your operations can continue. Your project manager is on site throughout. Real-time progress updates keep you informed at every stage.
Setup, Rebuild & Sign-Off
Racking is rebuilt to the new layout. Stock is placed according to the location map. Machinery is reconnected.
Everything goes where it should. Racking is reassembled to specification. Stock is placed in the correct zones. Machinery is positioned and reconnection is coordinated with your engineering team. Final walk-through and sign-off before the crew leaves.
