Grand & Baby Grand Piano
Full disassembly and specialist transport
Grand and baby grand pianos require full disassembly — legs, lyre, and lid removed and individually wrapped. The body is placed on its side on a purpose-built skid board, padded, and secured. Reassembly and positioning at the destination are included.

Electric & Digital Piano
Vibration-sensitive electronic instruments
Digital pianos and electric keyboards contain sensitive electronic components that can be damaged by vibration and impact. We use anti-vibration wrapping, custom foam corner protectors, and careful two-person handling throughout.

We visit or video-call to assess access routes, dimensions, weight, and any structural challenges. Every detail is documented before we quote.
This is not a quick glance. We measure doorways, staircases, and corridors. We check for overhead obstacles, tight turns, and weight-bearing surfaces. The survey determines the equipment and crew size needed.
Equipment Preparation
Piano boards, hoist rigs, custom crating, anti-vibration wrap — all sourced and prepared specifically for your item.
Equipment is selected based on the survey findings. For grand pianos, the correct skid board is allocated. For heavy safes, specialist trolleys are arranged. Nothing is improvised on the day.
Expert Handling
Your specialist crew handles every step methodically. You see exactly what is happening — nothing is hidden or rushed.
Pianos are disassembled where required, wrapped in protective materials, and moved using the equipment specified in the plan. Fragile items are individually wrapped. Every stage is checked before proceeding.
